Below are the details I provided in 2016

  • I am a solicitor by profession and I have been a non-States member of the Legislation Select Committee since 2012. During these 4 years, I have assisted with the scrutiny of legislation by quizzing Civil Servants and Deputies and I have seen how government works in Guernsey both the good and the bad.
  • I ran my own legal practice in the UK advising individuals on tax, wills, welfare benefits, housing and community care. I have given advice and support to charities free of charge for many years and I have been a director of a local charity since 2013.
  • Currently, I specialise in helping organisations to prevent money laundering. If elected, my role as Deputy would be my absolute priority and I would continue to advise on a limited basis.
  • I was born in 1966 in the UK and, 13 years after falling in love with Guernsey, I finally was able to move to St Peter Port South in January 2007. In 2011 I moved to St Peter Port North.
